Gary Cokins is an internationally recognized expert, speaker, and author in enterprise and corporate performance management improvement methods and business analytics. He is the founder of Analytics-Based Performance Management, an advisory firm located in Cary, North Carolina at www.garycokins.com. Gary received a BS degree with honors in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Cornell University in 1971. He received his MBA with honors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 1974. Gary began his career as a strategic planner with FMC’s Link-Belt Division and then served as Financial Controller and Operations Manager. In 1981 Gary began his management consulting career first with Deloitte consulting, and then in 1988 with KPMG consulting. In 1992 Gary headed the National Cost Management Consulting Services for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) now part of HP. From 1997 until 2013 Gary was a Principal Consultant with SAS, a leading provider of business analytics software.

Lina Bouayad is an associate professor at the Information Systems and Business Analytics department at Florida International University and a Research Associate at the VA HSR&D/RR&D Center of Innovation on Disability and Rehabilitation Research. Her research involves the use of analytics in healthcare. She has experience analyzing patients’ data using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques. She currently serves as a co-investigator for several VA HSR&D funded studies.
Dr. Bouayad has designed and taught several courses related to information systems and business analytics namely Business Analytics Applications, Managing Distributed Architectures, Business Application Development, Electronic Commerce Systems, Computer Software and Technology, and Systems Analysis and Design.
She has publications at leading journals in the field including MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research (ISR), and the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association (JAMIA).
Dr Amtul has been a practicing physician for 38 years. She did her residency in Columbia Univ NY and received her MD in 1992 and Board certification in 1995. She has been in Pediatrics practice for 20 years in USA. She owned a private pediatrics practice in Kenosha WI for ten years and during this time she served as a Cheif of Pediatrics from 2003-2009. She served as Medical Director/ CMO of Children Hospital from 2006-2009. She served as the president of Kenosha County Medical Society for two terms from 2003-2005. She served as the Chair of district one of State Medical Society. She served on nominating committee on State Medical Society Wisconsin for six years. She held two citizens congresses in an effort to improve the health care system.
She served as Associate Clinical professor in Finch Univ. Chicago, Wright Univ. Dayton and Marquette Univ. Milwaukee. She also served as Neonatal resuscitation courses instructor through AAP for four years. Before her premature retirement she was working as the Site Medical Director for Alameda County Med. Ctr in Bay Area CA from 2009-2012. She completed her Medical degree from Fatima Jinnah medical college Lahore. In postgraduate she received Diploma Medical Jurisprudence from Punjab Univ Lahore. She taught in Fatima Jinnah Medical College for 7 years in the departments of Physiology, Biochemistry, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology. She has authored a Pediatrics book for Physicians and Medical Students, My Gut Feeling Pediatrics.

Tom Rice have worked in Silicon Valley for over 40 years as a technical professional, CEO, venture capitalist, and board member. He is on nine Advisory Boards, primarily for companies coming from overseas to "flip up" to a Delaware parent corporation, raise venture capital, and expand sales globally.
He has mentored entrepreneurs through Stanford and MIT alumni organizations, Peter Thiel's Under Twenty Program, the German Accelerator, and Plug and Play Tech Center.
He has taught Lean Startup at the German Accelerator. He is also working with a group of MIT alumni to develop course for MIT alumni based on Bill Aulet's Disciplined Entrepreneurship.
